How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping takes between 3 to 6 weeks.

How will you notify me about my package's progress?

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order ? (damaged or lost delivery)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at help@yeswishes.com.

What if i want to cancel my order!

Before we ship to your address, it is possible to cancel. Once item has shipped from , it is not able to cancel.

Can i get a refund ?

To get a refund, customers should meet certain condition. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after receiving the shipment. Merchandise must not be opened, used, altered, or harmed. Merchandise must have all tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If there is any tax inccured, tax amount would be deducted from refund.
